We currently ship to U.S. states where hemp-derived products are legal.
We do not ship to states or jurisdictions where our products are restricted or prohibited.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that products are legal in their state or locality before ordering.

3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Shipping methods include USPS, UPS, or other reputable carriers.
Delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Cali Farms is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or customs inspections.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination and order size.
Free shipping promotions (if available) will be clearly marked on our website.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been shipped, Cali Farms is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is damaged upon arrival, contact us within 7 days at sales@califarmshop.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will assess and address the issue at our discretion.
